17. Workshop Computer based image analysis in agriculture 2011

The workshop "Computer based image analysis in agriculture" (Computer-Bildanalyse in der Landwirtschaft, CBA) of the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering Potsdam-Bornim (ATB) in the year 2011 will be held at the Ihinger Hof, Universität Hohenheim.

Topics

Papers or posters can be prepared on the topics computer-based image analysis or optical measurements with automated analysis in agriculture. The talk will last 15-20 minutes (plus 10 min. discussion) . For every presentation a paper has to be written, for posters at least an abstract with the important images. The papers are published in a proceedings series of the ATB and on CD-ROM.

The papers should include:

  • Title, name and surname of the author(s),
  • keywords,
  • a german and english summary (approx. 15 lines),
  • the text body,
  • references,
  • as well as names, surnames, academic titles and contact addresses of all authors.

The workshop will be organised together with the Leibniz-Institut für Agrartechnik Potsdam-Bornim e.V. (ATB) and in cooperation with the CIGR working group Image Analysis for Agricultural Products and Processes. The language of the conference is german, english papers/talks are possible, too.

A new system is used for the confernece management, which is still in the testing phase.

The registration of talks/posters and the participation for the conference will soon be possible in this place. If something is incomprehensible or does not work, don't hesitate to mail Martin Weis directly. You may announce a talk/poster by mail, too.

Hotels/Pensions

Accommodations are located in Renningen (nearby city), a shuttle service can be organised by the Farm.
